The double-layer design allows for a custom fit tailored to you. The brace can be worn all day for relief.

- APPLICATION/INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place the lumbar pad on the center of the fabric inside of the brace. 2. Release outer elastic straps. 3. Wrap the main elastic band around the back and attach it in front. 4. Fasten the outer left elastic strap (black inside) to black on the main elastic band. 5. Fasten the right outer elastic strap (blue inside) to blue on the other outer elastic strap.
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean.
