This sports knee strap helps relieve pain associated with patellar tendonitis, arthritis, chondromalacia, runner's knee, arthritis, and general knee pain. It's easy to put them on and take them off. The tubular insert provides compression and support to the knee, kneecap, and/or surrounding connective tissues. One size fits most.

- APPLICATION/INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Sit or stand with leg straight, and thigh relaxed. 2. Place the tubular section of the strap just below the kneecap. 3. Fasten behind the knee for a snug fit.
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, do not use fabric softener, do not iron, and do not dry clean. Rinse thoroughly and air or line dry.
