The Mueller® Hot/Cold Lumbar Back Brace helps relieve lower back pain while providing support to strains, sprained and aching backs. It comes with a dual-sided, removable lumbar pad for varying levels of support, as well as a removable hot/cold pack to help reduce pain and swelling. This versatile back brace has secondary straps for custom fit and compression. Helps with postural correction as well.

- APPLICATION/INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Unfasten all straps 2. Insert reversible lumbar pad** or hot/cold pack into the inner pocket **If using the reversible lumbar pad, choose which side you want against your back; rigid or padded. Place the lumbar pad in the lumbar pouch so that the desired side will be against your back when the brace is on. The Mueller logo on the desired side should be upright. 3. Wrap main straps around the waist, right over left. 4. Fasten outer straps, right over left.
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean.
